Advise on laser-based patterning/fabricating techniques, thin film deposition, wet and dry etching for R&D projects.
Provide expert guidance on back-end-of-line (BEOL) processes, including high-precision chip-to-chip (C2C) and chip-to-wafer (C2W) microassembly processes enabling advanced packaging with applications to microLED displays and other emerging technologies.
